Mr. Spotts has lead and developed international programs for Woolrich, Coleman, Sharper Image, FranklinCovey and Eddie Bauer. Combined these programs generated over $500M in retail sales annually.

Woolrich – signed international agreements for Japan and EU/Italy, developing $300M in new annual retail sales.

Coleman – signed apparel license with Goldwin for Japan.

FranklinCovey – managed seven store retail businesses in UK and Mexico, and signed 2 new international development agreements in Czech Republic and Brazil.

Sharper Image – signed 16 store franchise development agreement for Dubai and Middle East.

Eddie Bauer – oversaw catalog business in Germany and 59 retail stores in Japan. Signed international retail store franchise agreements for Middle East and SE Asia.

FAM Brands – signed international agreements for Marika in Middle East, Cyprus/Malta, and Philippines.

Today, Mr. Spotts is Managing Director for the Americas with Buckingham International, the world’s leading international consultancy for the development of international distribution and franchising.
